Orexel Studios
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Orexel Studios ("we", "us", "our") runs this website. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive the email address you enter and the contents of your message. Nothing else is required.
Server logs. Our host records standard technical information when a page loads, including your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. This is automatic and we do not use it to identify anyone.
Fonts. This site loads a font file from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to fetch it, which means Google receives your IP address. Google describes its handling of this at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or cookies. We do not have user accounts.
2. How your message reaches us
The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, a message forwarding service. Your email address and message pass through FormSubmit servers located in the United States before arriving in our inbox. By sending the form you consent to that transfer. FormSubmit publishes its own privacy terms at formsubmit.co.
If you would rather not use the form, email us directly at orexelstudios@gmail.com.
3. Why we collect it
We use your email address and message only to read what you sent and reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with anyone for marketing.
4. How long we keep it
Messages stay in our email inbox so we can refer back to a conversation. If you ask us to delete yours, we will remove it.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email orexelstudios@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge for this.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything sensitive such as financial details, identity documents, or passwords.
7. Games and store pages
Our games are distributed through third party stores, including itch.io and Steam, which is operated by Valve Corporation. When you visit a store page, buy a game, download it, leave a review or comment, or play a game through one of those platforms, that activity is governed by the privacy policy of the platform, not this one. Those platforms handle payment, and we never see your payment details. We may receive summary sales and wishlist figures from them, which do not identify individual players.
itch.io privacy terms: itch.io/docs/legal/privacy-policy
Steam privacy terms: store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement
8. Children
This site is not directed at young children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
10. Contact and complaints
Questions or complaints about privacy: orexelstudios@gmail.com
If you are in Australia and you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
